Management Program Aim

The aim of the Management Program is to develop skilled, knowledgeable, and ethical management professionals capable of leading and managing organizations effectively in a dynamic business environment. The program seeks to equip students with a strong foundation in management principles, strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational leadership. Graduates will be prepared to analyze business challenges, implement innovative solutions, and contribute to the growth and sustainability of organizations while adhering to professional and ethical standards.

Vision  To become a leading center of excellence in training of health professionals and Business personnel who are competent, responsible and capable in all aspects of Health care and Business field in Eastern Ethiopia by 2030. Mission To produce qualified, ethical and competent bachelor degree graduate in health science and (Bachelor and Master degree graduate) in business management that can serve in Health institution, solves community health problems positions through provision of high quality education and training and in Business environment.
